For Straws:

To open, gently pinch the end opposite of the flat edge firmly between your thumb and forefinger. Carefully shake or tap the opposite end to release the product into your beverage. Mix and enjoy!

Note: Ensure thorough mixing for optimal results.

For Pouch:

Add 1 scoop (approximately 1/4 tsp) into a 16 oz bottle of water. Shake or stir and enjoy!
